Note on payments: When you donate through our website, we do not store your banking or card details ourselves, these are handled directly by our secure payment provider, [Yoco].

• Keep you updated on our programs, impact, and fundraising, unless you've told us not to

• SARS, where we need to issue Section 18A tax certificates

• Our email/newsletter platform, to send updates you've signed up for

We may also disclose personal information where required by law, or where we reasonably believe it's necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vuyokazi Initiative or our community.

How long do we keep it?

 

We keep personal information only for as long as it's lawful and necessary to meet SARS tax requirements. Once information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
